About Famio
Famio started with a simple frustration. If you want a decent leather wallet in Bangladesh, you usually choose between something plastic pretending to be leather, or an imported brand priced like jewellery. There isn’t much in between.
So we started making the two things men actually reach for — a wallet and a passport holder — in real leather, in colours worth choosing, at a price that makes sense here.
We keep the range short on purpose. A few pieces we’re happy to carry ourselves, rather than a catalogue of everything in every shade. Sunglass pouches, bags and shoes come next, once we’re satisfied with them.

The leather
Genuine cow leather, not PU or bonded. It creases, softens and darkens where you hold it. That is the whole appeal, and the one thing worth not cutting corners on.

The colour
Black is easy. A burgundy that turns almost black in shadow, or a green you can find at the bottom of a bag, takes more deciding — and is the reason people ask where you got it.

The price
We sell direct, so there is no retail counter or middleman built into what you pay. Message us, we send it, that is the whole chain.
Look after it and it outlives the trend

Keep it dry
If it gets soaked, let it dry away from heat. A fan is fine, a hair dryer is not.

Condition twice a year
A thin coat of leather conditioner, rubbed in with a soft cloth. Less is more.

Don’t overfill
A wallet stretches to whatever you keep in it. Six cards is a wallet, twelve is a brick.

Let it age
Scratches buff out with a thumb. The darkening at the folds is the point, not a fault.
